CRS – Back order policy

Carburettor Rebuild Service provides the option of backorders to enable our customers to secure the item, although we don’t currently have the item in stock. A backorder is an order placed for a product that is not currently in stock but is expected to be available again soon. We continue to accept orders for these items with the understanding that they will be shipped once inventory is replenished.

Policy Details:

Notification:

If an item in your order is on backorder, you will be notified via your cart before you proceed to checkout.

Payment:

Your payment will proceed as normal.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

ETA’s of an item on backorder will arrive at Carburettor Rebuild Service within two weeks of the customer placing the order. Our normal shipping policy will then be effective.

Festive season Dec/Jan ETA:

ETA’s of an item on back order during the festive season will arrive at Carburettor Rebuild Service within four weeks of the customer placing the order. Our normal shipping policy will then be effective.

Cancellation Options:

Our customers have the option to cancel a back-ordered item for a full refund at any point before it is shipped.
