Refund Process:

• Upon receiving your request and verifying the condition of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.
